Please find our temporary rules and schedule while we remain open during the COVID pandemic. We are very serious about keeping our staff, members, and guests safe while providing a place to pursue good health and physical activity. We encourage you to consider your risk before coming into the gym. Though we are taking a number of precautions to keep you safe, it is impossible to know when there is an asymptomatic member in the gym at any point and cannot guarantee a 100% COVID-free environment. If you are not sure if you are in a high-risk group, please watch this video from the CDC below.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Masks are required when in the facility (except while in the pool)
  • Social distance when in and around the facility.
  • Every other machine will be taped off to keep space between guests.
  • Must shower BEFORE entering pool/ hot tub/ steam room/ sauna.
  • Limited amount of people in the gym at one point in time.

GYM CAPACITY

We are limiting the number of guests to the amounts listed here. We ask that once you have completed your workout to exit the facility so the next member can come in. If you would like to converse with another member, please do so in the outdoor pool area or outside the gym. Also, find our temporary class schedules below. We are permitting only 10 members into the classes at a time and on a first-come basis at the door. Because the classes fill up quickly, we are offering early signup through the form at the bottom of the page.
