Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape! This is a one hour, low impact version of the original dance-fitness party which is easier on the knees and joints ($5/ class).
This 1 hour, low impact, high energy, class is designed for the beginner in fitness, arthritis fighter, stroke victim, osteoporosis or persons fighting any ailment that may need low impact fitness routine.
Increases heart rate and energy using the step and modifications for high or low impact levels.
This class focuses on burning that stubborn belly fat by introducing to static movements with floor work to BURN fat and get you chiseled.
30 minutes of strength building yoga poses followed by 15 minutes of relaxing restorative poses
This class has a set of stations alternating cardio, lower body, upper body and abdominal moves to increase muscular strength balance and breath. Speed it up. Get cut fast. Bust out of your plateau!
